Wall Lamps

1 2 3
Wall lamps are auxiliary lighting decorative lamps installed on indoor walls, usually with milky white glass lampshades. The power of the bulb is about 15-40 watts, and the light is elegant and harmonious, which can embellish the environment elegantly and splendidly. It is especially suitable for the wedding room. There are many types and styles of wall lamps, such as ceiling lamps, color-changing wall lamps, bedside wall lamps, and mirror wall lamps.
Wall lamps are mostly installed on balconies, stairs, corridors, and bedrooms, and are suitable for permanent lights; color-changing wall lamps are mostly used for festivals and celebrations; most bedside wall lamps are installed on the upper left side of the bed, and the lamp head can rotate in universal directions. Concentrated and easy to read; the wall lamp in front of the mirror is mostly decorated and used near the bathroom mirror.
The installation height of the wall lamp should be slightly higher than the eye level by about 1.8 meters. The illuminance of the wall lamp should not be too large, so that it is more artistic. The choice of wall lamp shade should be determined according to the wall color. For white or cream-yellow walls, light green or light blue shades, lake green and sky blue walls should be used. It is advisable to use milky white, light yellow, and brown lampshades. In this way, a conspicuous wall lamp is dotted on a large area of one-color background wall covering, which gives people a sense of elegance and freshness.
The wire connecting the wall lamp should be light-colored, so that it can be painted with the same color as the wall to keep the wall tidy. In addition, you can first dig a small groove into the wall that just fits the wire, insert the wire, fill it with lime, and then apply the same paint as the wall.
Lamp classification:
Living room lights
Generally speaking, if the living room has a high space, it is advisable to use a three-pronged to five-pronged incandescent chandelier, or a larger circular chandelier, which can make the living room look magnificent. If the living room space is low, ceiling lamps and floor lamps can be used. In this way, the living room will look bright and generous, with a sense of the times. The floor lamp is arranged next to the sofa, and the side table of the sofa is matched with a decorative craft lamp. If a lower wall lamp is placed on the nearby wall, the effect will be better. It not only has local lighting when reading books and newspapers, but also adds a cordial and harmonious atmosphere when meeting guests and talking. A small wall lamp can also be installed on the wall behind the TV, with soft light to protect eyesight.
Bedroom lights
The light in the bedroom is dominated by soft and warm colors. Wall lamps and floor lamps can be used to replace the ceiling lamps in the center of the room. The wall lamps should use diffuser material lampshades with low surface brightness. Install a brown carved glass wall lamp on the wall above the bed, which has a simple, elegant and deep charm. On the bedside table, you can use mother and child table lamps. If it is a double bed, you can also install a lamp with a dimming switch on both sides of the bed, so that one of them is not disturbed by light while the other is reading.
Restaurant lights
The lampshade of the restaurant should be made of glass, plastic or metal with a clean and clean appearance, so that it can be scrubbed at any time. It is not suitable to use woven or gauze fabric lampshades or lampshades with complicated shapes and pendants. The light source should be yellow fluorescent lamp or incandescent lamp, and the light should be mainly warm and warm. If a wall lamp with warm colors is properly arranged on the nearby wall, it will make the atmosphere of banquet guests more warm and increase appetite. The bathroom is a place for people to relax physically and mentally, so bright and soft light should be used to evenly illuminate the entire bathroom. For a bathroom with a smaller area, only one ceiling lamp is sufficient; for a bathroom with a larger area, a luminous ceiling diffused lighting or a ceiling lamp plus a wall lamp can be used. It is advisable to use wall lamps instead of ceiling lamps in washrooms, so as to prevent water vapor from condensing on the lamps, affecting the lighting and corroding the lamps. Use wall lamps as bathtub lighting, and the light blends into the bathtub, exuding a warm atmosphere and relaxing the body and mind. But it should be noted that this wall lamp should have moisture-proof performance.
The lighting in the room is no longer limited to the "one room, one lamp" in the past. How to properly match the chandeliers and ceiling lamps used for floodlighting, as well as the wall lamps, table lamps, and floor lamps used for local lighting and special lighting , To create a comfortable and pleasant lighting space with different moods, which has become the renewal requirement of the romantic family. The wall lamp plays an increasingly important role in it.
There are many types and styles of wall lamps, such as ceiling lamps, color-changing wall lamps, bedside wall lamps, and mirror wall lamps.
Ceiling lamps are mostly installed on balconies, stairs, corridors, corridors, and bedrooms, and are suitable for permanent lights; color-changing wall lamps are mostly used for festivals and celebrations; bedside wall lamps are mostly installed on the upper left side of the bed. It is easy to read; the wall lamp in front of the mirror is mostly used for decoration near the bathroom mirror.
Installation location is determined
Wall lamps are generally installed in public building stairs, halls, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, etc.
(1) The height of the general wall lamp, the distance from the working surface (referring to the horizontal plane 80~85cm from the ground) is 1440~1850mm, that is, the distance from the ground is 2240~2650mm. The wall lamp in the bedroom can be closer to the ground, about 1400~1700mm.
(2) The distance between the wall lamp and the wall is about 95~400mm.
installation method
The installation method of the wall lamp is relatively simple. After the position is determined, the wall lamp holder is mainly fixed, and the wall lamp is usually fixed on the wall by means of embedded parts or perforation.
Glue construction
There are many gluing methods, but the following are commonly used.
1. Brush method
Brush the adhesive on the bonding surface with a brush. This is the easiest and most common method. This method is suitable for single-piece or small batch production and construction.
2. Spraying method
For low-viscosity adhesives, ordinary paint spray guns can be used for spraying. For those high-viscosity adhesives that have a short active period and are difficult to clean, you can use a spray gun made from Bert in the reinforced plastics industry. The advantage of the spraying method is that the glue is evenly applied and the work efficiency is high; the disadvantage is that the loss of glue is large (about 20-40%), and the solvent is lost in the air and pollutes the environment.
3. Artesian method
It adopts rain-type automatic device. This method is very suitable for flat plate-shaped parts with high work efficiency and suitable for mass production. In order to prevent the glue from clogging the nozzle, the glue used must have proper viscosity and fluidity.
4. Roll coating
Dip the lower half of the rubber roller into the glue, and expose the upper half to directly or indirectly contact the working surface through the rubber roller, and drive the rubber roller to rotate through the workpiece to apply the glue on the bonding surface. To achieve different gluing effects, different grooves and patterns can be formed on the wheat surface of the rubber roller, and the pressure of the rubber roller can also be changed or the amount of glue can be controlled by a scraper. The rubber roller can be made of rubber, wood, felt or metal.
5. Squeegee
For high-viscosity limb-like and paste-like adhesives and for adhesives like flooring, etc., the glue board can be used for gluing. The rubber sheet can be made of 1~1.5mm thick elastic steel plate, hard polyvinyl chloride plate and other materials.
6. Other coating methods
Such as dipping and gluing method, glue injection method and so on.
Drying and aging
After the adhesive is applied to the bonding surface, in order to make the adhesive easy to diffuse, infiltrate, penetrate and evaporate the solvent, let it be exposed to the air and stand for a period of time. The process of standing still from the end of the gluing to the time when the two bonding surfaces are bonded together is called drying.
After the two bonding surfaces are glued and left in the air, they are attached to each other, but the tightness is not applied, and they are allowed to stand still for a period of time. The process of static storage from the time when the bonding surfaces are attached to each other (assembly) until the predetermined pressure is artificially applied is called Chen Fang (or it is called Chen Fang (or it is called the closed storage, closed accumulation). During the storage time, the moisture (or solvent) of the adhesive basically stops evaporating. However, diffusion, infiltration and penetration are still slow.
The drying and aging time varies according to the type of adhesive, and there are generally three methods as follows.
(1) There is no need to dry and age, glue and press immediately after gluing. Adhesives that fall into this category include skin glue, bone glue and hot melt.
(2) After the glue is applied, it needs to be left in the air, and it is also allowed to stand. In this category, there are solvent-based, latex-based and chemically reactive adhesives containing organic solvents.
(3) Glue on both sides, leave it to dry to the touch of your fingers, touch the coated strands with your fingertips to reach the level of stickiness and non-stickiness), press tightly immediately after fitting, without leaving it out. In this category, there are solution rubber adhesives.
1. The necessity of compaction
The adhesive produces adhesion while curing, so during the curing process of the adhesive, to ensure the adhesion between the bonding surfaces is an important condition for ensuring the adhesion: this requires that the adhesive must be bonded before the adhesive begins to cure. Apply pressure on the surface, at least the contact pressure must be applied. If during the curing process, the adhesion between the bonding surfaces cannot be maintained, voids will inevitably be generated in the bonding layer, which will affect the bonding quality. Appropriate application of pressing force can improve the wettability and permeability of the adhesive to irregularities on the surface, and help to form a complete thin and uniform bonding layer.
2. The size of the pressing force
The size of the medical tightness is related to factors such as the type of adhesive and the type of material to be adhered, and is generally within a wide range of 0.2 to 1.5 MPa. The pressing time depends on the type of adhesive and the curing temperature. The application of pressing force generally starts after bonding or aging, and the pressure is not released until the adhesive is completely cured or substantially cured.
3. Compaction operation requirements
The general requirements for compaction operation are: appropriate compaction force, uniform pressure distribution, sufficient compaction time, and no deformation of the adherend under pressure (except in special circumstances), etc.
4. Pressurization method
There are many ways to pressurize, and the choice should be based on the type, shape and characteristics of the adherend. Commonly used compression methods include lever weight compression, spring clamp pressure ticket, multiple heavy objects, sand bag area tight, air bag cushion, spring pad, autoclave, nail area tight, spiral clamp compression, The tight-equal method of laminated area of plate type, as shown in Figure 12-3-1.
Curing is a physical and chemical process in which the adhesive changes from a colloidal state to a solid bonding layer through solvent evaporation or chemical reaction, and at the same time produces bonding. The curing quality has an important relationship with the curing conditions (temperature, time, pressing force, etc.). The curing conditions of commonly used adhesives are shown in Table 12-3-8. During operation, the curing conditions required by each adhesive must be met, which is an important part of ensuring the bonding quality.
The curing temperature plays a decisive role in curing speed and curing quality. Even for an adhesive that cures at room temperature, it is advantageous to increase the curing temperature (within 100°C). Table 12-3-9 shows the lowest curing temperature of commonly used adhesives and the lowest film-forming temperature of emulsion adhesives. When the temperature is lower than this value, the curing process cannot be carried out.
How to buy a wall lamp:
Pay attention to the quality of the lampshade
When buying a wall lamp, first look at the quality of the lamp itself. The lampshade is usually made of glass, and the bracket is usually made of metal. The lampshade mainly depends on whether its light transmittance is appropriate, and the surface pattern and color should echo the overall style of the room. Whether the metal's corrosion resistance is good, whether the color and gloss are bright and full are important indicators for checking quality.
Light brightness
Generally speaking, soft light is better, and the degree should be less than 60 watts. In addition, different types of wall lamps should be selected according to the needs of the installation. For example, if the room is small, use a single-head wall lamp, if the room is large, use a double-head wall lamp, and if the space is large, you can choose a thicker wall lamp; otherwise, choose a thinner wall lamp. . The last thing to note is that it is best to choose a wall lamp with a protective cover for the bulb, which can prevent the wallpaper from igniting and causing danger.
Precautions for purchase
The style and specification of the wall lamp should be coordinated with the installation place. For example, a double-fire wall lamp can be installed in a large room, and a single-fire wall lamp can be installed in a small room.
The color of the wall lamp should be coordinated with the color of the installation wall.
The thickness of the wall lamp should be coordinated with the environment of the installation site. If the surrounding area is large, you can choose a thick wall lamp; if the surrounding area is narrow, you can choose a thin wall lamp.
The power of the wall light source should be consistent with the purpose of use.
